Oh, boy, what a weekend! Birthday/graduation party on Saturday with luscious desserts and then Sunday at the ball game - I tried, I really did, but failed...... Again, back to the grind - it would help if the gym's air conditioning was working. Hard enough trying to exercise when the sweat is running in your eyes before you even start the machine! They said will be fixed sometime this week. But in the interim, salads & fat-free yogurt!

This backslide is only temporary!!!! YES!
173.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
