Really good loss. New low. 3.5 lbs away from my goal. I’m probably gonna go down to 215-210 for some wiggle room. Feeling great. Dr. Just took me off of metformin and simvastatin yesterday. Also directed me to not check my blood sugar. Huge victory yesterday!!
