slowly getting back to a routine after being in holiday mode for 6 weeks.
Nearly lost the 2 kg I put on ...... secret seems to be cutting the carbs, otherwise B/S go higher
and I feel hungry. B/S 4.8mmol this morning.
246.9 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
