Three kilos in six days. A new record. Chocolate will do that to me. I’ve been eating blocks of it. Not bars, but blocks.
I started the journey down yesterday. A coffee, coke no sugar, an atkins protein drink, and vegetarian sausages with veggies for dinner. I was tested as everyone ubered “snacks” after dinner - chips and ice cream. No one noticed I didn’t have any. There’s a satisfaction in fattening those around you.
I also saw my psychiatrist yesterday. He prescribed me adhd meds for the next six months. Not gonna lie, they take away the hunger. Now I just have to stop the reflex of reaching for food, because I’m not actually hungry.
Also, pears, pears are a safe food.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
