Salt is my weakness, I crave it..! I know a certain amount is needed for proper hydration and electrolyte balance but if I don’t watch I can really go overboard. Lol .. 😂

Kenny27 i have gotten better about it except for the beyond burgers. I just like them so so much with lowerys seasoning salt and garlic and dried onion flakes. Salty.. i feel like my diet is so bland and boring i just want this little thing but it always gets me in the end. I used to salt everything before i tasted it. Im doing better there. The high blood pressure scare 18 months ago got me.
