Try starting your day with a positive affirmation to increase body positivity. increase water at all points of the day reducing sugar this should help with fatigue. Avoid Suger, blue screens, caffeinated drinks before going to bed this is approximately 4 hours before you wish to sleep. When possible try to stretch so that your body is able to better prepare you for the ball games that you are playing it could be that the fatigue that you're feeling is actual muscle damage and your body is trying to heal flexibility is important to prevent muscle damage. check your food intake levels for protein stability taking into account your high amounts of exercise, make sure that you're getting enough carbohydrates for your exercises if you're concerned just make sure that you limit the types of carbohydrates you're getting to very rich sources of complex carbohydrates with large amounts of fiber in your diet, carbs are used in the body for energy so they should be helpful for your increase energy usage. avoid processed foods when possible many times they've been linked to increases inflammation in the body finding inflammation causes the body to be tired. as for positive body image and reduction of filling fat and disliking of body image feelings I recommend avoiding social media as much as possible, surrounding yourself with friends that have a positive impact on your emotional health, and adding a small amount of meditation to your day this can be in the form of mindfulness, traditional meditation, or breathing exercises all of which have been found to reduce stress and increase feelings of contentment. Good luck, please remember that although we enjoy being thin as a culture thinness this does not equate to healthiness and that truly when possible we should try to work towards a healthy mind and body.
