Home made spanakopita, and baklava with leftover phyllo I just had to use up :) Back kn healthy wagon today.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't know what spanakopita is, but baklava is one of my favorites. Haven't had any in years.

It’s a Greek dish: spinach, feta cheese and green onions wrapped in phyllo pastry and baked. Delish!
