Considering I've been on vacation for the last 5 days, I'm really pleased that I only gained a small amount! Of course, we were running around Universal Studios for a day and I did try to stay very active over the course of the 5 days, so these results bore that out! I got to spend 5 wonderful days with my son and my future daughter-in-law, so no matter what the result, it was worth it!! Now, back to the grind again. The gym after work today! Yay!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
