Not as bad as I expected....Today ...I am 70...and I had cake Sat...and Ice cream .. But back on and doing well today and yesterday......Still can't believe I am 70......I am blessed...
215.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
