Got home yesterday from being
With mom in rehab. Did not do
Diet nor ate on time. Drank a lot
Of coffee and not much water.
Diet started today from 5/28
143.6 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
