I went on vacation for ten days and ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Up 6lbs in 10 days. To be honest I felt like crap most of the time physically. I didn’t even want to see food anymore some days cuz it was just all too much. I’m ready to get back to it. I have a goal to be at 185 by June 1 - My 45th birthday. Thats a little over 10lbs in a little under 9 weeks. I can do it especially if I remember how good it feels to eat right!
