Up and down a lb or 2.
Would like to breakthrough to losing that last 10 lbs.
feeling good though. Good energy.
Eating high protein 125-150 g / day .
Eating high fat 150-300 g / day.
Eating low carb 15-30 g / day .
Bowels working like a normal human ( finally)
Feeling well. Trying to fix dry skin and hair.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
