I thought I did good with the diet; but, I had a small gain. I am thinking about the amount of Vlasic Zesty Pickles that I consumed. Maybe, I have retained water due to the amount of sodium that is in pickles. Therefore, I have a small gain. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
