guess the half of a large pizza and cake I ate at cub scouts yesterday didn't do too much damage 🤣 I banked my calories most of the day and still ended in a 300 calorie deficit

Thanks 😁 I think we only have pizza at cubscout big events other than that it just doesn't interest me anymore but when I do eat it I'm deffintly knocking back half a pie 🤣

BadJujugurl thanks I am the assistant Cubmaster and my wife is the den leader and we're both on the committee haha we put a lot of time and effort into it but my son and his friends enjoy it so it's all worth it

OTB that is awesome. So few people volunteer and those that do, don't get the credit they deserve. Kudos to you and your wife for stepping up, it's great support for the kiddos!

You are proof that you can go from obese to fit, and not just obese to slim!!! A lot of people use “there’s only so much progress I can make from one extreme to the other,” as a cop-out to only go by weight numbers and not fitness ones too. I used to be into fitness. I need to pick it up again!

LaineAndTheDog98 thank you it's totally possible there's lots of people on here that have done it and helped me along the way for me to do it as well. I'm happy to say it's a way of life now that I can't imagine ever changing at this point. Good luck on getting back into fitness!
