YEST: Apple day (#4). 20U. #4 H20.No walk. #1 small BM. Mgx2.
TODAY: 22 Units today-new batch; ck on Gym memb.
232.5 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
