Was away for the day yesterday, 6hrs sat on my backside driving and meals out, so expected a gain and got it! I am out again for a meal tomorrow, but that's all i have planned for the week. Might be out walking with my friends horses Sunday (they can't be ridden), so that will certainly burn some fat off me.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
