250 cal. less today -> 1 kg a month

2150 minim. and 2300 max. to hold my normal weight.
2150 - 250= 1900 cal. a day = 250 gramm weight less a week = 1000 gramm a month.

so my goal is: 1900 cal. max a day. Faster weight loss with 1650 a day. Fatsecret calculated 1500 a day for some reason?
193.3 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

can‘t cancel or change the text. Wanted to write, that 250 calories less a day, are 1750 calories less a week. Is 7000 calories less a month. And 7000 calories is 1 kg less.

1500 cal is worked out from what I understand as the numbers we put in at the start, and also that we don't work physical jobs with a calorie deficit worked into the number. I try to keep all meals below 500 cals (300 is a decent meal) so i wouldn't join you with that croissant because the last thing I want to do is skip a meal I was hungry for as that would only add to my mental health issues. ☹ Sure looked yummy though. Looks like at least 300 cal depending on brands.
