wooo hooo! Almost 2lbs gone in less than a week :-) I think zig zagging my calories is helping. I just started 3 days ago. Tues was 1488, Wed was 1488, yesterday was my lowest of 1388 and today I jump up to 1785 as my ultimate highest. Then I go back down to 1636 tomorrow, and 1488 on Sunday, and then I repeat the pattern until I drop 5lbs and then I recalculate :-)
146.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
