Back from camping. Ate big on Saturday night (nothing beats a nice steak in the mountains with good freinds) and exercised a lot throughout. Lots of hills, lots of hiking, TONS of swimming (my favorite) You cannot beat having a crystal clear alpine lake almost all to yourself, no boats, no car access, and looking up to see the veiws that I saw as the crystal clear cool water envelopes you. The mountains in my profile pick are exactly where I was this weekend. Ahhh, ats better. Same weight as when I left, so theres a plus!
Its cool how that big steak dinner is a once in a while deal, and not an every day gorge a thon. Makes me appreciate it more.
