Arggh I have been feeling pretty crap and did some eating mindlessly, epic fail. Spent the day at the hospital having tests, i'm now on antibiotics for what seems like eternity. Right I'm off to find lunch and take a giant horse pill I have been assured will fix my ailments #winningwithsmallvictories
