kids out for spring break, doing fasted cardio instead of gym. did 18 plus hour fast ending this morning, fingers crossed it keeps falling off!!!!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
