Yesterday I finished all the pasta salad and threw whatever was left away. I also threw away all the crackers and other snack stuff I didn't want to eat. I ate veggies and salmon and cooked... It was a nice day! I'm down a bit this am so that's always a plus!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
