My tracking wasn't good. I did not do any exercise. I need to improve on water intake. But in saying all that... I was mindful of calorie intake. Week 1 overall: I did good!
317.1 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
