I went to out Friday night and I went to a halloween party last night so I didn't do so well this weekend. It's so much pressure to do good on your diet day in and day out. It felt good at the time to just eat without thinking bout what went in my mouth except gooooooooooooood food! :O) But I am glad to be back on track today. Go Phillies!!
