I just have been slacking on all angles. Haven't been taking my meds like the Trulicity ..my doctor is no longer there, so I have to wait for another doctor..I have no accountability, I have not been dancing like I was at home.. I am about to get back on my meds.. hoping they will help me again..and start intermittent fasting..and hopefully start moving again. 😩 I do not want to see the #200 in my weight..I am too short for this!!! Just venting 😭
