Im doing pretty good with calorie intake. I'm doing stationary bike for 10 min and treadmill for 15-20, both 2x day.
198.9 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Good job! Due to hip arthritis, I can only do 5-10 minutes on exercycle 2 days a week.
