Well that's a nice drop, I am full focused on my Keto again and doing some intermittent fasting, which helps get me back in Ketosis. I don't think I am properly in ketosis yet, but hopefully this week. Been a busy week and a few meals with the girls, but it's all about choices, which I guess I have got right thus far.
