YEST: 1/2 Grapefruit 4 BKFT. Walked around the block B4 dinner; harder than it used to be. Finished dinner- grilled chicken, cabbage (few left over veggies) around 8:20p. Need to finish dinner by 7p or 7:30pm and walk after dinner; not B4. Work on AM walks too. Drank 4 bottles H2O. Took Dallas tour ride with Angie last PM. TODAY: 20U; Goal is to drink 64 Oz H2O per day. Goal to log food for at least a month starting 2day. Walk the block again 2day w/o stoping and break a sweat. Trying 2 build endurance. Try not to eat more than 3 servings of GB per week.
