Not enough! ... time passes... you won't believe this but I pulled a 325 at lunchtime. Damn that gravity well! I've seen stuff like this on Star Trek, I'll be sinking into the floor next! :-)
328.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
