Yest: 20 units, home chores, Lots sauted veggies c MCT oil (may have been Xtra salty. Stawberry smoothie. Only one serving BBQ Chicken took all meds yest (no Rx meds 5-21). Today's Plan: HCG 20 U, step up H20, do some grilling. May go to give away 2nd hand stuff.
