Finally seeing the weight coming off. Feeling very well.
Went to church function last night, was able to stay clean by bringing guacamole I made and radish chips.
* I added extra mag, so I take 5. Bowels are great
160.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
