WOOOO HOOO Scale is movin! :-) I was actually surprised because I started my period last night. I just knew it would effect my weigh in today. lol So glad it didn't. And I'm soooo glad I found out exactly what I need to be doing and changed my numbers because it's now showing in less than a week. Down 1.6 in 4 days!!!! Thank you to whomever told me about TDEE and BMR!!!!!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
