Kenny left on Thursday and I
Weighed 143.2 pounds. Figure
I lose better when he's here
He makes late night snacks like
Popcorn, pizza, etc. I fight hunger
And end up eating what Kenny eats
Or I eat something else.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
