No diet Sunday due to Mother's Day
Also on Friday Saturday and Sunday
Nights I cheated on diet. 😢😢😢😢
Today is our anniversary
144.4 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
