Not eating enough again... I swear I am freak of nature when it comes to food. I almost find eating to be a chore. I enjoy the taste of food when I do eat but the fact that I have to stop what I am doing to eat irritates me. Then I forget to eat and by the time I do eat, I am so hungry that I eat too much. Which is probably why I am overweight. I have to remember to keep eating every 2-3 hours and all my healthy foods. I have gone from 182.7 to 176.4 in the last 6 days because I have been doing so good at eating when I am supposed to. Only 26 more pounds to go...
