Yes, I knew I was up before I even weighed. Good Lord, how do you escape all this madness? I'm trying ( fighting ) commercial Christmas! But you need heavy-duty armor and an army. I am actually being mindful and not going hogwild. . But it doesn't take a lot for me. My body just can't process all the carbs. Anyway, a few more days and the cleanup is before and the mess will be behind me 😊 I still my my sanity intact praise the Lord. ✨
