Today's weigh in 111.4kg I was very surprised, not expecting such good results.
I have been active for 4 weeks now, since first visit to my therapist, when I was 117.7kg.
In 4 weeks I have lost 6.3kg, my B/S are down to 5.3mmol this morning 7 day 5.5mmol,
14 day 5.8mmol. I can not remember readings like that, I am so happy ;-)

Update ..... Checked my B/S after breakfast and got a big surprise ....... B/S now 9.0mmol !!!
This has not happened since i started my programme ..... Then I realised my carb intake for 1 meal is much higher than Fat .... conclusion ..... I must not eat more carbs than fat.

I will continue to monitor readings etc and check back later.

Update 2 ..... Checked B/S again after another hour ...... B/S now 5.9 mmol, back to normal, so it looks like the extra carbs give me a quick spike in my B/S.
Will try to keep carbs lower.
For rest of day I kept to normal,and B/S readings are again back down under 6 mmol
245.6 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
