I'm trying an experiment starting today (Tuesday). I'm going to cut back on my potatoes for lunch/supper. I've been eating some at least one meal a day for a while and I'm wondering if the starch is what's getting me.
I'm not going to cut them out completely because I love them (and I've given up a lot of what I love) but I'll try to limit them to two or three meals a week and see what happens.
Like I said, I didn't have any Tuesday and for the sake of jump starting the experiment, I think I'll skip them Wednesday as well.
