I have learned the value of sticking to one scale. my boyfriends said this weekend I was gaining weight, so I tried to be extra careful to track my calories and spend them wisely. Then I get home and even mid-day I am lighter than last week! I will never betray my scale again and trust another. Looks like I'll be packing it with me from now on.
