Am done with vacation and busy moving into our new home. I still haven't been working out, but all of my day involves physical work --moving furniture, cleaning, unpacking boxes, playing with the kids. So, I feel like I'm getting some decent exercise (I'm exhausted, anyway). I knew this month would be crazy...I can't wait to get settled and have a normal routine again!
Nonetheless, now that we're in our home, instead of vacationing, I can eat better. I thought about going back to phase 1 to compensate for the past 2 weeks of vacation eating, but I think I'll just stay with phase 2 and do a good job of it instead. Seems like I'm mostly holding steady, despite the 2 week disruption in diet and exercise. So, just getting back to the diet and getting back into my routine soon will help.
