Hello everyone …. I feel a lot happier now it’s two holidays after the new year one is for about 10 days ( family related ) all paid for so it’s a holiday staying in a hotel plane ticket the second a city break to see my darling bestie / Partner I miss him … so happy weight is dropping slow & steady … invited for lunch with mom will be a cheat meal …
168.7 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
