I need to be careful I have been stressing out about my husband on Dementia!! I hate it when I gain and tell myself I’m going to do better and when I stress I go to comfort food and hate myself. I want to get back on tract. 🙏🙏😊
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

being a caregiver is so stressful. I cared for my loved one who had dementia for 5 years. it's soooo hard! give yourself some grace. sending you love and support!

Is there another strategy that would help you de-stress? Maybe a list of some ideas?

Maybe it is time to ask for help? Sometimes stepping outside of the problem for a little while can help you think about what it is that you need. The library can be quiet...

Thank you all I do have a Nurse that comes to check up on my husband and she is trying to get me extra help. Yes and being a caregiver for your own family member is hard. Especially if you have to live with them. I believe God has put me here so I know I must do it until I can’t anymore. And knowing I must take care of myself also 😊thank you for ur support!!

That’s is a very stressful situation. My mom is suffering from dementia for the last 2 years, and it’s been rough on all my siblings.
