I didn't do too bad on Sunday but I gave in and indulged on some KFC chicken and mashed potatoes. Next time I have to remember to pack healthy snacks. Eating before I leave doesn't cut it either. Did that, it just helped me not eat as much as I normally would.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
