Hi everyone been up early breakfast today no counting binging so thought might as well sit down for breakfast leftover roast beef sandwich … late lunch rice kebab leftovers
Dinner will have a sandwich of some sort anxiety sky high will eat today no guilt 🫣🫣
170.9 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
