both scales agreed today. was very active yesterday and no overeating. finally got back on the elliptical & getting some lbs off again. garage door being installed today. opener, later this afternoon.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
