This is the first time in my adult life that my BMI is officially at a “normal weight.”
Physically, I think I actually look better at 165lbs-ish.
So much loose skin. 😭

145.8 lb Lost so far: 71.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
