not surprised, hardly left the house the last couple weeks and cheese happened ...
157.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

strange thing ive always been a cheese lover and now im struggling with more than a little on a few crackers - its not a bad thing but strange . I blame it on sharing cheese and crackers with my NPD ex and associating it with wanting to scream now lol. All the best youll get back on track and do well im sure :)

I think I have put myself off the stuff, I have had a glut! So yes, back on track and more exercise for me!
