No alcohol, no alcohol, no alcohol - sigh. At least the Mio makes the water taste better.... :)

I know the 4 lbs is the lack of beer with dinner, better exercise, more water, and writing everything down.. I also know this won't be sustained overall. I'm sure it'll flatten out shortly. Looking forward to a pound every week or so. Think that's reasonable????
