Hi everyone no fasting today …. I had a small breakfast today three meals I like to take a break from time to time migraine is better today …, hoping for better days ahead ❤️❤️
174.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
