Hi everyone am delighted with the little drop 😊every little drop adds up next goal to be mid 70s food today leftover bean sauce with rice second meal corn beef & eggs 💪 I really want to succeed don’t want to feel like a failure anymore to feel more like myself as the weight drops thank u everyone for your support ❤️❤️❤️
174.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
